본인은 V.p!ck 피클볼 클럽 운영 회칙을 읽고 이해하였으며 이를 준수할 것에 동의합니다.
클럽 운영 및 커뮤니티 질서를 유지하기 위해 운영진이 회칙에 따라 회원 자격을 조정할 수 있음을 이해합니다.
I have read and understood the V.p!ck Pickleball Club operating rules and agree to comply with them. I understand that the management may adjust membership status in accordance with the rules to maintain club operations and community order.
3 사진 및 영상 사용 동의 / Photo & Video Consent
클럽 활동 중 촬영된 사진 및 영상이 다음 목적으로 사용될 수 있음에 동의합니다.
I agree that photos and videos taken during club activities may be used for the following purposes.
- 클럽 커뮤니티 공유 / Club community sharing
- 클럽 홍보 / Club promotion
- SNS 및 웹사이트 게시 / Social media and website publication
4 커뮤니티 앱 사용 동의 / Community App Agreement
회원은 클럽 공식 커뮤니티(클럽 앱 및 단톡방)를 통해 공지 및 소통이 이루어짐을 이해하며 커뮤니티 규칙을 준수하는 것에 동의합니다.
Members understand that club announcements and communications are conducted through the official club community (club app and group chat), and agree to comply with community rules.
5 책임 및 안전 동의 / Liability Acknowledgement
피클볼 활동에는 신체적 부상 위험이 있을 수 있음을 이해합니다.
회원 본인은 클럽 활동에 자발적으로 참여하며, 개인 부상 또는 사고에 대해 V.p!ck 클럽 및 운영진이 법적 책임을 지지 않음을 이해하고 동의합니다.
I understand that pickleball activities may carry a risk of physical injury. I voluntarily participate in club activities and understand and agree that V.p!ck Club and its management are not legally liable for personal injuries or accidents.
6 개인정보 수집 동의 / Personal Information Consent
클럽 운영을 위해 다음 목적의 최소한의 개인정보 수집 및 보관에 동의합니다.
I consent to the collection and storage of minimal personal information for the following club operation purposes.
- 회원 관리 / Member management
- 클럽 공지 전달 / Club announcements
- 이벤트 및 경기 운영 / Event and game operations
- 안전 및 보험 관련 관리 / Safety and insurance management
수집된 개인정보는 클럽 운영 목적 외 사용되지 않습니다.
Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than club operations.
7 회비 정책 동의 / Membership Fee Agreement
회원은 클럽 운영을 위해 정해진 회비 정책을 이해하고 이에 따라 회비를 납부하는 것에 동의합니다.
Members understand the club's membership fee policy and agree to pay dues accordingly to support club operations.
본인은 본 동의서를 읽고 충분히 이해한 후 자발적으로 서명합니다.
I have read and fully understood this agreement and sign it voluntarily.
