Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data associated with your account:

How to Request Deletion

Send us a direct message on Instagram — it only takes a minute

1. Open Instagram and find our account Search for @v.picklr or tap the button below to go directly to our profile.
2. Send us a Direct Message Tap "Message" on our profile and send us a DM requesting account and data deletion.
3. Include your account details in the message Please provide your full name and the email address or phone number registered in the app so we can locate and verify your account.
4. We'll confirm and process your request We will respond within 5 business days to confirm your identity and begin deletion. Your data will be fully removed within 30 days of the confirmed request.

What to Expect

After you submit your request

• We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days
• We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the deletion
• All personal data (name, email, phone number, and event history) will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation message on Instagram once deletion is complete
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you would need to re-register to use the app again
